XelPay maintains enterprise-grade infrastructure with redundant systems across multiple availability zones. This page reflects the real-time health of all platform components and historical incident data.

Core Platform Services

The payment verification engine, API gateway, webhook delivery system, merchant dashboard, and authentication services are all fully operational. Aggregate uptime over the trailing 90 days stands at 99.97%, exceeding our published SLA of 99.9%.

MFS Gateway Connectivity

Direct integrations with bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are active and processing normally. Median verification latency is currently under 750ms. Gateway health is monitored continuously with automated failover and alerting.

International Gateways

Stripe and PayPal integrations are operating normally. Cryptocurrency settlement via Binance Pay is active. These gateways are subject to third-party uptime policies; XelPay propagates any third-party degradation transparently on this status page.

Scheduled Maintenance

No maintenance windows are currently scheduled. When planned maintenance is necessary, merchants are notified via dashboard banner and email a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Maintenance is always performed during off-peak hours (2 AM – 5 AM BST).
